Brother - the Haq and the Batil are still clear, and will always remain so
I know what you mean though - it is just that some of us who are charged with representing and portraying the Truth (and I consider this to be a duty on every Muslim) have become unclear, defensive, apologetic, defeated (pick your own poison) and this will be upon our necks on the day of Judgement.
Islam needs noone to defend or apologize for it, rather we are in need of representing Islam correctly to save ourselves
