Assalamu Alaikum,
After much encouragement from some good hearted people we have decided to close this blog and open abdullahhasan.net.
It was a very good experience and with your help the blogs stats reached to hundreds of thousands hits since it started back in 2007.
The new site gives us more flexibility and room to do/add more things. All the old content from the maqasid blog has been transported to the new site, walhamdulillah, so no need to start afresh.
The maqasid blog will be left as it is but this will probably be the last post on it. We hope you all will visit the new site and encourage others.
